Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. Within 800 metres there are 3 places to eat, 2 shops and 2 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as some errands on foot. “Absolutely love Dubai Hills estate.. it’s good to rent but if you are looking to buy I wouldn’t recommend it as the quality is not that great.. Emaar used quite cheap material so it’s often breaks.. but apart of it it is a very friendly family area to live in.”

“Amazing building in a great area. Beautifully and elegantly designed homes with excellent indoor and outdoor amenities. Parking access is easy and very convenient. I also really appreciate the building’s strict rules about keeping hallways clear—it keeps everything clean, organized, and pleasant. Highly recommended.”

“Living in the building over a year now in an apartment facing the new construction site. The building isolation is very poor you can hear all the noises from outside in your apartment. Generators, cars, construction noise etc! There is no actions to your complaints or desire to help.”

“I live here for 1 year and like it. Clean parking, friendly receptionist, always clean in the building and very nice swimming pool, but the only issue is that there is no jacuzzi, but totally very good. Also, during the rain parking is a bit flooded, especially on the ground floor of parking. (Attached photo - 3rd level of parking)”

“One of the nicest buildings in the Dubai Hills Estate area. Very well managed and great facilities. The only improvement to the facilities could be for the gym. The gym is an adequate one but I would have preferred a bigger one. Never the less a great location to live in!”
