“The conditions of daily life here leave me thoroughly dissatisfied”

“The conditions of daily life here leave me thoroughly dissatisfied. Smoke from the unit next door drifts straight into my own rooms without interruption. Reports submitted to those in charge of the building have produced neither enforcement of shared rules nor any practical remedy. The absence of meaningful steps to protect comfort and the quality of indoor air has left me deeply let down. (Positives: No.)”
