“Its not the 1st time but the security personnel especially a Pakistani old guy with a mustache is impolite and I had to put him back at his place multiple times while visiting friends in the building. I suggest the management to change this person as many are complaining. He is ridiculous and pathetic.”

“Security Has Declined. Disappointed Resident After 2 Years
This is our second year living at Pearlz by Danube. Last year, we had a great experience, especially thanks to the 1st lifeguard, who was incredibly responsible and made sure lost items were returned to residents quickly.
This year, however, things have changed. My wife left her AirPods in the outdoor cinema, and by the next morning, they were gone. We were shocked to learn there is no CCTV coverage in that space and no staff accountability checks, no bag checks, no follow-up.
Even worse, we’re hearing of multiple similar cases, and management is doing nothing beyond standard replies that shift the blame.
Safety and trust have clearly declined. This incident has made us feel unprotected and disappointed. We expected better from the building management.
We hope management takes real action. Until then, we can’t recommend living here.”

“The residence is nice, but there are often women with bare bottoms at the pool, even though it's against the law (Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2021, article 411). I've raised the issue several times, but nothing has been done. It's shameful and indecent; Danube is completely disregarding the laws of this country.”

“Since October 11, we have been communicating with the building management team regarding a serious incident of disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour from a security staff member on duty. During the incident, he reacted unprofessionally when we tried to invite a friend to the building, raising his voice and speaking in a dismissive and inappropriate tone.
Since then, I have been trying to follow up with Ms. Celita Dsouza, Customer Service, for over a week, but I have not received any response or acknowledgment from her. Although the security staff member later called to apologize, there has been no official response or follow-up from management, leaving the matter unresolved.
We asked for clarification regarding the guest invitation rules, and I have been waiting to hear from someone in senior management, but as of today, October 20, we still have not received a proper response or solution.
This situation highlights a broader problem with communication, accountability, and efficiency. Residents are asked to send emails for approvals or simple requests, yet responses are excessively delayed, sometimes taking days, and there is often no proper follow-up. This creates unnecessary frustration for residents who are simply trying to interact respectfully with the building staff.
I sincerely hope that senior management addresses this issue promptly and provides a proper solution, as we are still waiting for resolution.”

“New resident to Pearlz property. I had a few issues during the 1st month of moving in with faulty shower and water heating issues as well as noisy gym equipment next door to my apartment. Once reported to maintenance there were quite quick to respond and helpful and friendly. The corridors can be quite loud and some residents have a total lack of respect for others especially when letting their kids run up and down screaming which is very annoying despite management putting out a memo to the residents. Unfortunately the elevators don't have card access to increase security which would have been a huge benefit.”

“Danube has its ups and downs, which I mostly blame management for. But if there is one thing that I hope to see when I come back home or have a problem; is the hardworking staff and security personnel. They are always available to help, have never let me down and if it wasn't for them, I would have probably left this building a long time ago. 10/10 staff.
ALSO!!!! I am very ANGRY at the fact that Bismita was removed from the team! This is sexism! She was an excellent security staff and my favorite! She should be returned to work effective immediately and no staff should be chosen or removed based on gender!”
