“The Developers of PG One are not very forthcoming with there terms and conditions. While other developers are helping residents during this time of uncertainty and war. PG one chose to penalise there customers for delay caused by uncertainty and war. I invested with them once but never again. My experience with there staff was poor. When I requested to remove penalty, there reply was- Developer wants a % of your profit so whats wrong in that! I was very shocked to hear these words.”

“Well I have purchased from PG one a gorgeous flat with great quality for which it's really amazing location and fantastic quality. yes there was some minor notices, which is normal as it's construction not creation. And we do agree that everyone has to assure theirs right carefully is maintained in aspect of contractual and financial but over all am happy that I have bought from PG one. Btw the PG team especially Mrs, shreya was very helpful and friendly to assure completing all necessary steps to get the process completed smoothly and patiently. 🌸”

“The project has been delayed from the Initial Anticipated dated of November 2025. January end we receive a mail with an attached building completion certificate , so we request can we see the Flat . Answer NO- without full payment you cannot view it .Fine we do the full payment , trusting the BCC is attached and the PG group trust. After requesting to do snagging , Informed , no we cannot do snagging, as there is no water and electricity, so why do you attach the BCC and inform the flat is ready and take the full payment ???? , only viewing can be arranged , during viewing so many faults have been noticed , which need to be fixed during snagging , which will again consume time and delays. Management has no idea , when handover will happen ? , but if payment delayed there will be late payment charges . Now since I have done the payment , will PG compensate me for the delays ???
