“Maintenance expensive and they dont fix major issues. Facade glass broken outside is not fixed for 1 year. AC across buildibg is not balanced. Rain water comes inside and broken glasses are visible outside which is ugly. Neither owner association nor Maintenance do anything, they just ignore.”

“I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this building. There is a bald man (staff/security/representative—I’m not even sure who he is) who behaves extremely unprofessionally. He is constantly shouting at people and acting as if he owns the entire building.
I came here as a guest to spend quality time with my family and friends, but instead, we were treated with unnecessary aggression and rude behavior. No guest should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected like this.
I seriously question who gave him the authority to behave this way. Management should take immediate action because this kind of attitude completely ruins the experience for visitors and residents alike.
Very poor experience. Would not recommend if this behavior continues.”

“I had really bad experience with a security guard there, (who is tall and lil thin and guess) he was shouting on me without any reason he doesn’t know how to talk with a professionals , visitors and respect them the way he was talking with me was literally worst , so rude, I wanna give him 0 start if possible 🙏 thank you”

“I’ve been living in PG Upperhouse for a while now and truly enjoy the experience. The building has a premium yet welcoming feel, and the apartments are beautifully built with great attention to details and the location in Al Furjan is perfect — quiet but still close to everything. Easily one of the nicest residential buildings in the area.”

“This building doesn’t deserve a 3.9.
It’s overpriced, construction and moving out is a pain. Don’t expect to get your money and to get your deposit fairly. The building and apartment looks nice but that’s where this ends - it just looks nice.
You’ll have so many maintenance issues - it’s a hassle. we’ve had mold, draining issues, peeling walls.
The PG Upperhouse team and stratum team is painful to deal with. There’s so many other better buildings that’s even better priced.”
