“Maintenance in this building is as useful as talking to a wall to prove it the pool has not been operational for more than 1 year and it’s ment to be operational “ next week “since we moved in more than a year ago. If u need anything to be fixed they don’t fix it they don’t even speak one word of English. My AC has not been working and they don’t bother to try fix it and as I can see more people have the same issue. For the price they charge it’s a disgrace.”

“This place looks nice at first glance but in reality is a disaster! Things are breaking down and nobody cares. We are tenants here and there is not much that we can do, the owner doesn’t care, the developers ignore us and the building maintenance team is useless, incompetent and they barely speak a word of English. The A/C is one of the main problems here, constantly breaking down and we sometimes live in unbearable conditions with 28-30C inside the apartment. Additionally, the swimming pool (the main amenity here which justified the price) HAS NOT BEEN WORKING EVEN ONE DAY SINCE APRIL 2025! They are all just actively lying to us for the past year. The developer doesn’t care about any of our concerns and complaints, we are all being ignored. Embarrassing!”

“I’ve been living in this apartment for almost one year, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The building has a lot of potential and looks beautiful at first glance. The design is modern, and visually it gives a great first impression. However, the reality is very different once you actually live here. The biggest issue is that the swimming pool has never been available. It was built, but apparently there is a major leak. Residents have been raising this issue for a long time, but nothing gets resolved. Responsibility keeps being passed between different parties, and no one takes ownership. This has caused a lot of frustration among residents, especially because the pool was one of the key amenities promised. Another major problem is the air conditioning. The AC units frequently fail and require repairs or replacement. This is unacceptable, especially in a hot climate where AC is essential, not optional. The overall construction quality is very poor. Even though the building was only handed over in April 2025, it already shows significant signs of deterioration. The paint is already peeling in several areas, cupboards have visible defects and holes underneath, and there are water leaks coming from above. These are not minor cosmetic issues. They are serious quality problems for a building that is less than one year old. While the apartment may look nice on the surface, the materials and workmanship are clearly substandard. There is a lack of durability and attention to detail. What I also don’t understand is how this building still has such a high rating. It does not reflect the current reality at all. After looking more closely, it seems that most of the positive reviews are quite old, likely from when the building was first launched or before residents started experiencing these ongoing issues. Thankfully, I am only renting. If I had purchased a unit here, I would be extremely concerned. Based on my experience, I would not buy from this developer. It is not normal for a new building to have so many problems in such a short time. Overall, this building looks good visually, but the quality, maintenance, and reliability do not match the appearance.”
