“This is not just a review it’s an advise to anyone considering buying or renting in this building. It has been an extremely disappointing experience. The advertised amenities, such as the gym and swimming pool, have been unavailable for more than three years, with no clear communication or timeline for completion. Residents continue to pay full rent and service charges, yet the basic facilities promised are simply not provided. On top of that, there has been continuous construction inside the building for over three months now and it keeps expanding. The noise is unbearable. There is constant drilling and hammering, sometimes directly above my apartment, making it impossible to work from hom…”

“One of the worst building management ever. The pool has been closed for “renovation” for almost 2 years now. Every month they post that the pool will be one in 2 weeks or 1 month, and they just keep on postponing it everytime. They are just mocking our intelligence every time they postpone the pool opening! Unacceptable!”

“This is not just a review it’s an advise to anyone considering buying or renting in this building. It has been an extremely disappointing experience. The advertised amenities, such as the gym and swimming pool, have been unavailable for more than three years, with no clear communication or timeline for completion. Residents continue to pay full rent and service charges, yet the basic facilities promised are simply not provided. On top of that, there has been continuous construction inside the building for over three months now and it keeps expanding. The noise is unbearable. There is constant drilling and hammering, sometimes directly above my apartment, making it impossible to work from home or even rest properly. It feels like living in a construction site rather than a residential building. What makes it worse is the management’s response. Every time residents complain, they simply say they have a permit, as if that justifies the ongoing disruption and lack of proper living conditions. There is no effort to accommodate residents, no transparency, and no clear end date for the construction. I strongly advise anyone thinking of moving here to reconsider. The inconvenience, stress, and lack of facilities are simply not worth it!!!!!”

“Became the absolute worst building, construction 24/7 and drilling in the building from 9 am on top of it. DO NOT RENT HERE!”

“I am living in this building from 3 years now and i am loving the place especially it's location,, it is very well maintained and always clean, very friendly security team and supportive, Unfortunately abig tower is coming up right opposite, the gym is not available and the swimming pool has been closed for a year and a half now!”

“Please check your building security not available and the 1 cleaner of the building said I'm security and misvehave if delivery person coming this building So I request you check your experience 1 cleaner doing security job and misbehave with people very bad 😞😞”
