“My experience living in Prime Garden Building has been extremely disappointing, and I would advise anyone considering living here to do thorough research before making a decision.
The building appears to have been constructed using low-quality materials, which has resulted in frequent leakage issues in many apartments.
The parking system is also very poorly managed. Studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments are each allocated only one parking space. If a resident owns two vehicles, obtaining an additional parking space is almost impossible. There is no visitor parking, no designated accessible (handicap) parking, and most parking spaces are uncovered, leaving vehicles exposed to extreme heat and increasing the risk of damage.
The building management's attitude has also been unprofessional. Despite submitting multiple requests and emails asking for an additional parking space, I never received a response or any attempt to resolve the issue.
The maintenance staff have also been disappointing. It often feels as though they are unwilling to help unless they receive extra payment. For example, replacing a simple light bulb can cost between AED 25 and AED 50. Even if residents request only a ladder so they can replace the bulb themselves, they are refused on the grounds that management does not allow ladders to be provided.
Recently, I asked a maintenance employee about the cost of servicing the air conditioning. He told me that a full service would normally cost around AED 1,500 to AED 2,000, but offered to do it privately on a Sunday, saying, "Just pay whatever you think is fair." Trusting his offer, I allowed him to carry out the service. However, after completing the work, he demanded a much higher amount than I had expected, which led to a disagreement. It also became clear from the quality of his work that he lacked the necessary expertise.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend living in this building. In my opinion, there are serious issues with the construction quality, parking facilities, management's responsiveness, and maintenance services that need significant improvement.”

“We live in Arjan 3 years and just 6 months in Prime Gardens but we love this building so much. Specially April (reception manager) and Adeel (security). They are so helpful and kind. Cleaning team works so good. Every day from the morning till night time they do cleaning in general areas. So I can tell that it’s the real nice place. (I’m not a fake, I’m the owner of the apartment and I live here))).”

We rented a two-bedroom corner unit at Prime Gardens, and our experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The apartment layout is spacious and practical, with beautifully curated furnishings that make the space feel both luxurious and homely.
What truly sets Prime Gardens apart is the exceptional security and maintenance team — easily some of the best we’ve come across. They’re always professional, responsive, and genuinely go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly.
We’re honestly sad to be leaving, as this has been one of the most comfortable and well-managed residences we’ve lived in. Highly recommend to anyone considering moving in!”

“Prime Gardens is a well-maintained building with a great team. Specially Mahboob, the building manager, who is always helpful and responsive, and Adeel from security who is very polite and supportive. Abid and the reception team are also very helpful and welcoming. The facilities are clean, and the overall environment is peaceful and safe. A great place to live in Arjan.”

“Months of false alarms: nights shattered, meetings with friends cut short. Sirens wail, then silence—weird explanation and no fix. Residents deserve safety, not chaos. Management’s responses are perfunctory at best. This place feels unlivable. Counting the days to leave. Be aware that they are faking the reviews to keep the rating above 4 stars, the actual rating should be at best 3 stars”
