“It was Eid time although the hotel was crowded but still we had a great time during our stay. Ms Alian at the reception was very helpful. The breakfast was really good and Ms Jennifer helped us throughout our stay during breakfast. All the staff did a fantastic job making our stay excellent. I would like to thank everyone, every member of the staff. Thanks a lot for everything.”

“We availed the Cobone 2-night stay offer at the Pullman, and from booking to departure, we were absolutely blown away by the premium, high-quality customer service. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable! Front Office & Lobby (Check-in: Jeric & Aliah | Check-out: Aliah & Francisca): Check-in was smooth, impeccable, and gave us an amazing first impression. Jeric and Aliah were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional—they even upgraded our room, entertained the kids with cookies, and personally escorted us to our room! When it was time to leave, Aliah and Francisca assisted us with the check-out process, making it just as smooth, pleasant, and seamless as our arrival. Housekeeping Team (Promod - Assistant Manager, Sneha & Kiran): They surprised us with a gorgeous birthday decoration—complete with balloons, printed birthday artwork, and a beautiful personalized towel cake with a candle that made my husband’s birthday celebration incredibly memorable. Promod ensured he was just a phone call away for anything we needed. He is a massive asset to your team! Housekeeping (Leanne/Lian): She was so warm, accommodating, and helpful. She took care of our garbage, brought us water, and proactively checked if we wanted our room cleaned or refurbished, truly making us feel looked after. Breakfast Restaurant (Jennifer): When we asked how to get water sent up to our room, she didn't hesitate for a second to step in and assist us right away. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure our family was happy from arrival to departure. Please give them the best recognition or promotion that they truly deserve. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!”

“Our 2-night stay at Pullman was very comfortable and memorable. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. We also enjoyed the steam facility, which added to the overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located, with the metro station within walking distance, making it ideal for tourists. There are also plenty of shops nearby that can be reached on foot. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for both leisure and sightseeing trips.”
