“The building itself is very nice, but in my personal experience, the current building management has made living here increasingly challenging. Their approach to communication and rule enforcement feels very strict, and it hasn’t been comfortable for me as a tenant. Several residents I’ve spoken to also shared similar concerns about the overall management style. Due to these experiences, I’ve decided to move out, even though the property itself is excellent. I hope future improvements can bring the management quality in line with the standard of the building.”

“Neil has been exceptionally supportive, consistently active in resolving apartment issues and even other queries outside his department he is always there to assist us, coordination with him is effortless! Making us satisfied with his services! Keep up the good work Neil!”

“The project overall has turned out to be of satisfying quality in terms of design and structure. Rating the project in terms of service during and post-handover phases, It’s noteworthy to point out the helpful role that Mr. Neil Jones performs in facilitating matters and resolving issues doing his best effort to manage and please. Having him there certainly is an added value.”

“I underwent the process of transitioning ownership to Q Gardens Boutique Residence, and I am thrilled to share that the experience was truly outstanding. The architectural beauty of the building is a testament to the dedication and craftsmanship of the developers. Throughout the ownership transition, the support from both the developers and the employees exceeded my expectations. Despite minor delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, the team demonstrated a proactive approach in promptly addressing any issues that arose. Their helpful and responsive manner greatly contributed to making the overall process smooth and enjoyable. I deeply appreciate the commitment to excellence displayed by everyone involved. Kudos to the entire team!”
