“I stayed in Raf Raf Building, Muhaisanah 4, for over three years and had a good experience overall while living there. However, once I decided to discontinue my stay and terminate the contract, I faced serious issues with the management, especially the maintenance team. They charged me for almost everything — taps, shower heads, shutters, painting, and cleaning — even though I had replaced or maintained these items just two weeks before moving out. The most disappointing part was being billed for things that were already in perfect condition. It’s unfortunate that such management practices spoil what was otherwise a pleasant living experience.
