“I live in block 1, I’ve been visiting my cousin here before I move and I have circled around Dubai for 5 years now , hands down it is the most beautiful community I have ever been in , moved in this week , amazing place, super clean quiet and friendly people and was lucky to have a great landlord named Georges. Totally recommend it if you want to escape Dubai’s work stress and live happily with a family or on your own”

“A wonderful & nice well kept building in the Arjan area. Been staying here for last 5 years, close to many amenities eg. Malls, Supermarket, Schools & Hospital. Then management here has done a tremendous good job.”

“Not worth a penny Maintenance is really poor, don’t be fooled by the outside … full of ants and u can’t get rid of no matter what u do or clean, dirty pool most of the time . Small gym. Poor wall and paint that in less then a 6 month I started having paint scratches. The pool is super dirty and green .closed most of the time”

“Resortz by Danube in Arjan is a beautiful and peaceful place to live. The green landscape around the building is really well kept, and it’s nice to hear birds singing in the morning. The pool is big and clean, perfect for relaxing or swimming. The apartments come fully furnished and feel very comfortable. There’s also a gym, kids’ play area, and BBQ spot. It’s close to Miracle Garden and easy to get to main roads. A great place for families or anyone looking for a calm, green environment!”

“This is an amazing place to live, with a welcoming community and friendly neighbors. The pool is truly special, and the facilities are amazing including bbq pits, gym, sauna, steam room, party hall, kids play area, games room with pool tables, and even a squash court.”
