“Ritaj is a great residential community in DIP 2 and offers a comfortable lifestyle with plenty of useful facilities. It feels peaceful and well maintained. • Community Facilities: Everything you need is within the community, including: - A mosque - Community center - Al Maya Supermarket (open 24/7) - Salon - Grill Land Restaurant - Typing center - Small cafeteria - Emirates Islamic CDM - Clinic - Pharmacy - Gym • Public Transport: The bus stop is right in front of the community, with buses that connect you to Ibn Battuta Metro Station and other areas of DIP. Overall, Ritaj is a clean, peaceful, and well-equipped community with excellent facilities and convenient transport links. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to live in DIP 2.”

“I would like to report an ongoing issue regarding parking management in our building (Ritaj). On 29/04/2026 at حوالي 8:09 PM, I observed a security guard named Abdulla allowing someone to park in another resident’s designated parking slot. When the driver asked where to park, the guard clearly instructed him to park there and said he would handle it. However, at the same time, the same guard created an issue when I tried to park, despite the fact that I have seen him allow multiple people to use others’ parking spaces, possibly in exchange for money. I am a resident of Ritaj Community and we are facing this issue daily. Unknown vehicles are frequently parked in our assigned slots, and no proper action is taken by the security staff. When residents try to park elsewhere due to lack of space, we are confronted and stopped. This situation is causing serious inconvenience not only to me but to many residents living in Ritaj. It appears that some security staff are not managing parking fairly or responsibly .after this matter security block access of my car which one is unfair. I kindly request management to investigate this matter and take necessary action against those involved. Proper parking control should be enforced to avoid further issues.otherwise i going to follow official law. This has become a major daily problem, and I hope it will be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.”

“2 BEDROOM 1 PARKING, NO PLACE TO PARK IN RITAJ. THEY ARE SELLING PARKING TO OTHER COMPANIES, RENT A CAR GUYS AND EVERYONE, EXCEPT THE TENANTS, WHERE SHOULD THE RESIDENTS PARK”

“Racial discrimination. I have experienced utter racism from the security when I was waiting for my friend. I am residing in Ritaj DIP 2. Never ever recommend this apartments. They treat the tenants as like some prisoners. I am going to office at morning 8 AM and my food comes at 7 AM. Please see the below photo and check what message the security left at my doorstep.”
