“Customer service will always be the first factor to open one’s heart. Our great experience started at the reception with Miss Jennie. Her charming and warm personality were so attractive then came her helpfulness and ability to understand our needs and offer solutions smoothly with a radiant face :) Then our next great experience was with Mr Rensis. It was such a delight to see him operate in the restaurant the way he did. His supervision was really remarkable. To supervise the needs of the diners, chat comfortably, assist the staff, understand emerging situations and deal with it effectively yet with a great spirit was really remarkable. He is an excellent supervisor! Our third thank you goes to Miss Kring. She was able to attend to the large number of dines and their requests with a steady smile and a positive attitude even when her job is not easy. Never once did we feel that she was fed up or impatient. She was listening to our requests with a manner that made us feel very happy and comfortable. These three people truly gave us the chance to leave the hotel thinking what a great experience !”

“I had a wonderful stay at Rove City Walk! The hotel is clean, modern, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. A special thank you to Jennie at Reception for making my birthday extra memorable. She surprised me with a thoughtful mini birthday cake, which was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It truly made me feel valued and appreciated. I'd also like to thank Kring from the restaurant for the warm and friendly service throughout my stay. Your kindness and hospitality made every meal enjoyable. Thank you, Rove City Walk, for going the extra mile to make guests feel special. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!”

“I recently visited this hotel and was truly impressed by the outstanding hospitality. Everyone was very accommodating and made our stay memorable. For the F&B team, special thanks to Kring, John, Leo, and Su. During breakfast, they consistently checked on us and made sure everything was perfect. Their positive energy and genuine care really stood out. The breakfast was excellent—so far, the best breakfast I've had in the UAE. For the Front Office team, kudos to Waleed, Abdullah, and Sabhu. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They even upgraded us to a room with a Burj Khalifa view, which was a wonderful gesture, especially since it was my family's first visit to the UAE. A big thank you as well to the Housekeeping team. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. They were also very helpful in providing extra slippers and toothbrushes whenever needed. Last but certainly not least, thank you to the telephone operator who was always available to answer our inquiries promptly and assist us with everything we needed. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. Good Location as well Thank you to the entire team for making our stay extra special!”
