“Hello UAE. We have been shifted here recently. The place quite far from city with calm and peaceful ✌️ environment. Only with a little difficulty of not enough parking space for visitors. Overall nice 👌 place. Market including supermarket, pharmacy, saloon 💅 💇‍♀️ and one fast food shop. Thanks”

“The building rukan residences is the best in Rukan community in terms of quality and amenities. However must note- management is horrible and not responsive. They dont answer and if the do they dont do anything. Another issue is the parking situation and internal roads. ITS TERROR! Giant and way many speed bumps will def ruin ur car. Cars park on the road no respect and management is totally fine with it”

“Trash, cigarette ash, and cigarette butts are constantly thrown into my private balcony/terrace from other units above. This is disgusting, unhygienic, and a clear fire hazard. Management’s response? Despite having CCTV cameras, they claim the footage is “useless” and told me there’s nothing they can do to identify or resolve, basically advising to just accept it and keep cleaning up after other residents. This is lazy, dismissive, and unacceptable property management. Residents should not be expected to tolerate litter, safety risks, and disrespect because management refuses to enforce rules or take responsibility. If you’re considering living here, be aware that when problems arise, you may be told to simply “deal with it” rather than expect any real support or action.”

“issue tenant place stuff in corridor. looks like unorganised place, shoes, trolley, boxes, mats, tables,water bottles. no parking for visitors in counity, cars parked on pavement, middle of road”
