Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. “I recently moved into a building managed by Saleh bin Lahej, and I've had a positive experience so far. The management has been flexible and supportive, which made the moving process easier. Suhail, who helped me find my apartment, was professional and attentive to my needs. I appreciate his assistance in finding a suitable place for me. The maintenance team at the building has also been helpful. They were attentive to my requests and ensured everything was in order before I moved in. Overall, I'm satisfied with my decision to move into this building and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable living space with a supportive management team.”

“We ve been living here for 3 years now and for us everything went nice and smooth. We didnt have any management problems, everytime when we needed something fixed they came straight away and helped us every single time when we needed. Quick and prompt, and all the staff in the building are very nice. The apartment itself is nice and spacious. We are very happy with the building overall”

“Been here over 2 years now and I have no complaints except that the building parking is limited with no spare for guests. The management has been very generous yet and the Appartments are also very generous with in-built cabinets too, had a few issues when the Appartment was new and got them attended to almost instantly. The location is prime as its very close to the entry and exit of Al Majan and the area offers enough options for groceries and cafeteria. Things it could improve is a bigger kitchen and a better swimming pool but the desires are consistent in almost every new bldging. If I plan to move into a bigger house, I will consider the same building before looking out.”

“I wish I could give zero star! Horrible, anyone considering staying in a Saleh Bin Lahej Building, Don't waste your money! My husband and I saw their building newly built just 2months ago, we made sure, they had a gym, pool, and sauna. 12months with 1 month free, seemed like a good deal. Selected apartment 8##, 2 days later when we went to sign the contract they gave it away and now 4## is available, 4 floors down, so we lose the view. And the mostly empty building is now full?!?! The free month begins upon signing the contract regardless of move-in or not, that was new as we are from the USA and that's not how it is there., so basically the free month is a JOKE. The day we moved in the apartment was dirty, the light switch was broken, water was leaking, the oven didn't work. We have been living here now 20 days, during which there are several problems; 1. The standing shower has no slope so water leaks out. (Mason work). Building manager says ''theres only 2 masons for all buildings and theres difficulty scheduling them! How is that even an excuse?!?! 2. When the neighbors cook the entire bedroom smells even throught the AC vents 3. You can hear neighbors' shower water and kitchen water run. 4. Bathroom faucet is installed wrong so it leaks and they can't fix it because the marble drilling. 5. Pool under maintenance and will be for 2-3 months. We asked them about their amenities before we signed the contract. 6. Biggest problem of all bedroom windows make a constant popping noise daily, none of their technicians can figure out why. Mean, while we can't sleep and have had to move our bed into the tv lounge. Complained to the manager, sent him videos. 14 days have passed no resolution! Complained to the building manager again he gave pathetic excuses, blaming the civil engineer or scheduling issues. There are several other issues, the apartment only looks good aesthetically but not good to live in. Have spoke to other people living in the building and they are having issues also. I suggest saving yourself the headache and investing somewhere else.”
