The noise level is very disruptive and has been affecting my ability to rest and sleep, especially as this is a residential neighborhood. I kindly request your support to inspect the construction site and ensure that the contractor is complying with the approved working hours and noise level regulations”

“Can you check the roof top , there is a noisy sound since last week end , not sure of you installed anything new. . It is not AC noise it a very heavy sound of vibration like unlocked or broken machine . And it is increasing day by day . Even reaching when all balconies are closed . I am facing your building since 8 months and this was not before i tried to reach someone at the building but couldn’t. Pls check as it becomes unbearable. Thanks for your action.”

“I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent management of the Samana Greens building by Samana Holding and the outstanding efforts of Mr. Ahmed, the Development Manager. The building itself is very comfortable and always clean, reflecting the high standards maintained by Samana Holding. The maintenance team is highly efficient, always available, and responds promptly to any issues, which adds to the convenience and comfort of living here. Over the past two months, I have noticed a significant improvement compared to before. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed for his exceptional follow-up and dedication to improving the services in the building. His genuine interest in ensuring residents are comfortable and satisfied is truly commendable. This level of care and professionalism has made a significant positive impact and is greatly appreciated. Thank you for the excellent service and commitment to quality!”

“Dear management of this building, for 2 months we have not been able to solve the problem in apartment 204!!!! I am a tenant, and owner of the apartment and the agency has been an intermediary throughout this entire time!!! We are stating this with you! And you are not solving this problem in any way! Please take urgent measures to eliminate the problem with leaking pipes in apartment 203 and above, which is likely!!! There is an obvious malfunction in the water supply system!!! Please reply to our email and take immediate measures in this matter!”

“Don't Live in this building because of management and specily building manager he is very rude and not supportive behaving Like he is owning this building samana should take action on it and change the management and this manager as well for healthy environment in building community otherwise people will start hating.”

“DON’T LIVE IN THIS BUILDING IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP - THE SECURITY WILL KEEP RINGING YOUR BELL ANYTIME THEY WISH FOR OVER 5 TIMES NON STOP TO WAKE YOU UP FOR NO REASON! YOU ASK THEM NOT TO DO IT, BUT NEXT DAY THEY REPEAT IT.”
