“Great management but there are 6 construction sites surrounding the building working day and night. I would recommend avoiding at all costs.”

“CATASTROPHIC when it comes to getting your money back!! We had submitted an "expression of interest" to secure an apartment, they guaranteed that the deposit paid was refundable. For several reasons we withdrew and requested the refund of the €10,000 deposited. They claimed never to have received it despite proof of the transfer and stopped responding to us for a long time. We waited over 3 months hounding them and having our real estate agent intervene. In the end I was fully refunded by filing a dispute with my bank. I do NOT recommend them at all. They were ready to scam us out of €10,000 and pretend they never received it! SHAMEFUL”

“As a tenant, I had a terrible experience at Samana Hills. The building is poorly constructed, with low-quality materials, leaking drainage, and peeling walls. During the summer months, mold spreads throughout the apartment, creating an extremely unhealthy living environment. Water distribution is disrupted every two weeks due to persistent leaks, making daily life even more inconvenient. I strongly advise against moving into Samana Hills to avoid these issues.”

“I am living as a tenant at Samana Hills about 3 weeks. Seen bad reviews and wanted to comment. Yes, building itself not a high standard segment. Kitchen appliances are not “Bosch”, but overall, everything is bright and tidy. Very up to date fashion. The tile on the floor is making all feel luxury. Corridor, elevators, pleasant smell in hall all leaves positive vibrations. Regarding alarms - haven’t heard yet. Mold did not face yet. Cockroaches - we did pest control before moving in, and building management did pest control after a week, so haven’t seen any yet. God, I hope not to see them at anyways, even if most people say that cockroach is local fauna. About leakages it is true, seen couple of times in a parking zone. Pool is okay, not crowded, we liked. Overall I think Samana Hills is great option in terms of price and quality.”

“This place is amazing, all the time i have worked in this building i have never experience the time of service am getting now from Rocky and Dickson. this guys are awesome, it has never been this easier. they respond to tenate very fast and do their best to find solution”

“There is a Filipino guy at the reception in charge of this building. He is very gentle and polite. A few days ago, I got into trouble and the security didn't help me much. The Filipino guy at the reception was very polite and helped me.thank you so much you're so kind.”

“I explain my situation with Samana I’ve been trying to sell my apartment for 4 months and it’s been impossible. The listing of my apartment is blocked because Samana has not processed my contract correctly with DLD For 4 months Samana management has been unable to give me my SPA, which is just the basics when buying an apartment. For 4 months no one has replied to me. Customer service is non-existent and yet they continue to deduct my cheques Every day they say they are going to escalate my problem and then disappear. Be careful when you buy from Samana once you pay there is no customer service, you don’t even have your SPA You need to know the truth before you buy. For all details I am available on DM to explain you how Samana management treat you once you sign”
