“I’m a tenant and I’m having a terrible experience, avoid this place. There is a construction site right in front of the building that works 24h some days, with constant noise and zero respect for residents. The building management does absolutely nothing to stop it, despite repeated complaints. Sleepless nights 2/3 times per week… If you value your peace and sleep, stay away.”

“Great amenities (multiple pools, outdoor and indoor gym equipment, small jogging track, sauna and steam room, kids playground), 24/7 security, helpful management (quick fixes and generally responses), friendly fun co-residents. Arjan is like JVC but low rises and no traffic. But of course I moved here for the nice private pool on the balcony - peak unique amenity.”

“The development offers extensive amenities, including multiple swimming pools, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, a small jogging track, sauna and steam facilities, and a dedicated children’s play area. Security is available 24/7, and the management team is responsive, with maintenance requests generally handled promptly. The community atmosphere among residents is friendly and sociable. The Arjan area provides a similar lifestyle to JVC, but with predominantly low-rise buildings and significantly less traffic. A standout feature of this property is the private pool on the balcony, a distinctive amenity that adds considerable appeal.”

“Avoid at all costs, an alarm that rings constantly, the security guards are not professional, the parking barrier only works half the time and the soundproofing is terrible.”
