“Residence is in a competently administered tower whose position near the city centre and shopping centres is ideal. Outlooks that include both the canal and Burj Khalifa markedly enhance daily experience. Cleanliness and upkeep are consistently maintained. Pricing of the units is reasonable, service charges remain very low and monthly utility costs stay minimal, producing an economical option for anyone seeking strong value in a central location. (Positives: Quiet tower, Great Location, close to all malls. Negatives: Entrance can be bigger.)”
