“The maintenance department offers no assistance in emergency situations”

“Even a single star would be too generous. Upkeep is of the lowest standard. The maintenance department offers no assistance in emergency situations. The balcony drain became repeatedly blocked; during rainfall water entered the room through that route. Multiple complaints produced no remedial action. Both design and maintenance of the building rank among the poorest encountered. (Positives: 1. Negatives: 1.)”
