“As with most Dubai properties, maintenance standards could be higher”

“Unit size and quality compare favourably with other buildings in the district. A gym and terrace swimming pool are provided. As with most Dubai properties, maintenance standards could be higher. Direct contact with the owner produced more effective results when defects needed correction. (Positives: Decent sized studio apartment.)”
