“Good developer, security extra friendly in block A and helpful, nice neighbors, quiet. Nice pool if you like it, gym, sauna. Honestly it’s a very good building. Maintenance is good. Im very happy here, Majan is developing quickly, Barari is right next to the building, super green area perfect for cycling and running.”

“Many bullshit stories, Truth is I moved to Sherena as brand new building in October 2017 I stayed 4 years till 2021 , back to Sherena 2025 till now still overall one of the best buildings in Majan.”

“Their is a very bad smell in block b at the reception. I feel sorry for the security guard how he can tolerate this disgusting odor.probably it's toilet issue”

“I wonder why everyone complains about bachelors, but no one complains about families with children? I have an apartment facing the pool area: kids screaming and shouting all day through, people enjoy celebrating birthdays with loud speakers in public area inviting relatives over. When echo reaches the upper floor - it becomes unbearable. Also be prepared to be waken up by a neighbor who decided to clean the balcony and smashes fences at 7am Sunday, or someone who enjoys parenting like today - at 8am on Saturday (Daddy, daddy, daddy, look at me etc), or someone who decided to scream from balcony to someone that he knows in the pool instead of calling or texting them; any of the cabin crews going on duty rolling suitcases 24/7, or simply a child roller skating in the corridor. You never know what will wake you up. First time in my life I see something like that - there's absolutely no privacy and control over it. Both securities of Block A are wonderful, attentive and treat you with understanding. I wish my neighbors were the same, or at least tried to be in shoes of people with apartments facing the pool, knowing that soundproofing is horrible and it's not responsibility of the management to maintenance it, or provide you with a handyman contact to fix it on your account.”

“Paper thin walls, low quality glass which means not only you will hear your neighbors, but also everything outside from construction to cars to alarms etc. Management are con artists and keep changing terms of contract prior to renewal such as service charge. For example, everything damaged in the apartment was at the first year anything below 400 DH the tenant covers it, now it was changed to 1k. They wanted to charge us 1300 DH for water heater, got it from Amazon for 320. Only nice thing is the pool area which will impress any person who wishes to move in, everything else blows. Stay away people”
