“Youngsters race, shout and quarrel along the hallways…”

“From the outset the stay proved disastrous; the opening three months felt like a living nightmare. The flat arrived unfinished, filthy, without any preparatory work, overrun by cockroaches and still unpainted. Paying the full sum in advance was a serious error of judgment. Youngsters race, shout and quarrel along the hallways; repeated approaches to security staff achieve nothing, so one simply endures it. Hallway cleaning is inadequate and cooking odours can be nauseating, prompting me to remain outdoors for as many hours as possible. Discovering canine faeces immediately outside my entrance came as a genuine shock. (Positives: Na.)”
