“Living in Skyz by Danube has honestly been a very nice experience so far. I’m staying in apartment 1414 and one of the best things about this place is definitely the amazing view overlooking Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road with Miracle Garden right in front of you. The atmosphere is peaceful, the building is modern and clean, and the location is excellent with easy access to everything.
I also want to especially thank Huda from the reception team. She is extremely kind, professional, and very respectful in the way she deals with residents. Always welcoming, helpful, and makes the experience even better with her positive attitude and classy communication.

“"40+ amenities"? Who actually falls for this marketing gimmick? How do you sit down as a developer, look at these floor plans, and think, "Yeah, this makes total sense"?
It is zero design sense mixed with zero basic common sense. Doors opening into dead space, rooms crammed together with zero flow, and absolute chaos everywhere you look.
A gym for 1,000 apartments that is literally smaller than a one bedroom unit. That isn’t an exaggeration it’s a total joke.
Thank God I actually tested living in one of their mid-tier developments before ever risking my professional reputation by recommending them to clients. Absolute trash execution from start to finish. Avoid.

“This is by far the worst building I have ever lived in. The air conditioning breaks down constantly, and every time it does, it stays broken for up to 12 hours. The elevators are always out of service, making it incredibly frustrating to get in and out of the building.
On top of that, humidity and mold on the walls are a standard issue in the apartments. It’s clear that these problems are not being properly addressed.
I would never recommend living here. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. This is the worst building you could possibly choose.”

“Imagine coming home and finding the elevator out of service when you live on the 31st floor, with no notice and no information about how long it will take to be repaired. Now imagine having an extremely urgent situation like a medical emergency or you need to check on someone. This is completely unacceptable. Very unprofessional. On top of this, there was also a time when the air conditioning was out throughout the entire building. Worst ever!”

“Living in Skyz by Danube has honestly been a very nice experience so far. “Worst Security , my clients had to go back home , they didnt provide access to view the apartment even after I made them talk to the owner , showed the NOC . They dont know how much time it takes to get access . Reception area and lobby is flooded with empty booths of different agencies managing units in the Tower. Innova real estate - no one is present at the booth to provide the keys . All units are empty because of this chaos and mismanagement z”

“The worst building management and security, once you have a client to view your unit, make sure to inform them 3 months prior, otherwise you will loose all your clients. Moreover the handover process and snagging made us hire an assistant just to coordinate properly”
