“Lived in a corner unit here for 3 years Pros: - Relatively new and finishing is good quality - Good location - Nice receptionists - Pretty decent soundproof except corridor noises - Great and responsive building management Cons: - Very loud AC noise in the living room - No longer chiller free - Small apartment size - Construction nearby so lots of dust in the balcony - Hectic building entry (but tolerable) - Bad traffic in the area around school time as there's an international school right across from the building”

“I lived here for 2 years. I had the worse ever experience in dubai after 6 years in the city. The community management of the buildings are just terrible, they have awful suppliers for A/C as well. This company called AquaCool is a complete scam, and their payments system is not reliable Kaizen management is unprofessional, not responsive and track your every moves but when it comes to help you for any requests, they will always put the responsibility on you. Avoid at all cost to live here. I finally moved out and it’s a relief”

“I lived here for one year and loved it. The apartment was perfect - small but ideal for what I needed. The building is well maintained, receptionists always friendly. I experienced no noise on my floor at all - 28th floor - in fact I rarely saw my neighbors. Supermarkets within walking distance, peaceful and safe community. I don’t have a bad word to say.”

“One of the worst experience living in a building. We all hear of Sobha quality but for me the experience is far from the truth. Noisy alarms every day , used do be every week, for the last 3 days it’s a daily basis. And it’s not your regular alarm , it’s a heart attack scary alarm , my husband is convince one day he will get home because of it 2nd the windows cracking noise. Usually around 2-3 hra every morning when the sun hits the window there is a cracking sound every few seconds on the windows , which apparently is a common thing in Dubai , however was not expecting in a Sobha “quality” construction. That cracking noise doesn’t let you sleep as it’s very annoying Construction noise. Day and night , no matter the time . + little other things not very serious , but overall dear Sobha .. lots of flows We paying quiet A lot for a 2 bed , but cannot wait to finish the year to leave !!!”

“The receptionists at Sobha Creek Vistas Reserve are always so kind and welcoming — it’s really nice to be greeted with such warmth every time I enter the building after a long day at work. The property itself is high-quality, with a clean and green environment. Security and maintenance teams are professional and reliable. The community around it is very convenient too, with several shops, cafés, and salons just nearby. Overall, a great place to live!”
