“The exterior building maintenance is good but inside each flat it is all built in non quality I would suggest every single person who wish to rent in this building to beware of this management as they will literally steal your money indirectly in many ways firstly before you occupy take a picture of every inch of the home to find out if there are any damages existing secondly keep everything recorded in the email for future references please note they would not refund your security deposit instead they will try to ask money again from you, please think before you get a tenancy contract in this building.”

“Two bedroom apartments are, converted from one bedroom to two without announcing that on their advertising, specially apartments in the middle. Starting from down 104 to the top. Only one controller switch for AC. Which is proofing first point. AC is very loudly and noisy.”
