“Very poor response from the management team. Very Unprofessional Worst maintenance department Small black worms in toilets floor because of cracked floor how many times I callled maintenance no response And how much I used floor cleaner it will not go and full of cockroach 🪳 Worst worst worst very very worst maintenance and management”

“I moved our of the building end of December 2023 after I rented a flat in the building for 3 years. I had to send several emails and had to call their office to get the security deposit back almost 2 months after I moved out. And to top that I have to go to their office to pick up a cheque, because they "don't do bank transfers". Worst customer service ever.”

“Its very close to metro station and close to supermarket shopping centers easy to access main roads as well. I like building maintanence team, they are kind and helpful.”
