“I am in UAE from past 15 years, and staying here from last 3 years, its been nice experience staying in al sondos lily, maintenance, cleaning staff, security everything is upto the mark, Mr. Faisal an amazing person who dealt n introduce us with the building and normal operations. Kids park is now just down the building, two basement parking, near all supermarkets, huge number of restaurants, almost every type of food n grocery deliver available”

“I will tell you why I gave one star: The building was better before Rocky's management. The building is now filled with bachelors. It is infested with rats and has a bad odor. There is a noticeable absence of security staff. They do not adhere to the rental rates set by the Land Department. If you visit the building now, you will find disturbing maintenance work ongoing day and night. There is no cooperation whatsoever from Rocky Real Estate management. The building is very old and worn out, yet they demand excessively high rents without following regulations. You will find that Rocky rents out the parking spaces to others. The building is not suitable for families; it is mainly occupied by construction company workers. You will notice that the swimming pool is always closed. I do not recommend it at all.”

“As far as the building itself is concerned, it's decent. Possibly one of the worst administrations ever. Zero flexibility. And forget about whatever advance you have given. They will find ways to keep it. I would advise you to stay away from this company or any property managed by rocky.”
