“If zero-star available i give that one. Sondos management did not deserve 1 star also. 1) before making contract there was nothing construction beside balcony and suddenly after 1 month start the building construction with loud piling noise as its near around 4–5-meter distance from balcony. Requested through email continues 6-8 months to SONDOS to cancel my contract or provide some arrangement for noise/dust as we have newborn baby. SONDOS have asking only money (13000 AED) to cancel contract, and nothing has been given facility to avoid noise/dust. They do not have any humanity to see little baby and cancel contract without charge. but whole year SONDOS did not respond any email just asking money only. Even I have sent email to DDA/DM/DLRC regarding loud piling noise above 80 dba they have tried to reduce some noise but nothing facility given by SONDOS they stick only on money. Even they are not ready to replace apartment somewhere else as they have so many building in DLRC.I called Mr. Usman regarding difficulty to my baby he is laughing on call and saying i cannot do anything. 2) During discontinue apartment they are forcefully deducting 600 AED in the name of pest control, deep cleaning and painting as I have mentioned comments on Move out form regarding deduction, but they even did not discuss anything and directly deducted amount from deposit. Also, there is no contract clause in the favor of tenant to do all these things during hand over. Furthermore, SONDOS does not agree to sign and stamp on Move out form as I have sent so many reminders to email but they did not provide signed form until today (contract last date 25- March-26) then on what basis they are deducting money. Mrs Angelica giving only explanation regarding deduction and providing during CONTRACT clauses but not ready to sign Move out form. In invoice they mentioned damaged deduction where in move out form nothing damaged noticed. So please don't take any apartment this kind of management who don't have any humanity and sitting only for Money.”
