“I have been staying here for 3 years. There are many minor issues, and the quality of construction is really poor. However, the main problem is the alarm system.
For example, today at 04:50 AM the alarm went off again. It feels like bullying from Danube and the management towards the tenants. If you have a baby or elderly family members (grandparents) staying with you in Starz by Danube, this can seriously affect their health and nervous system.
The false alarm happens 4–5 times every month, and I cannot believe that in 3 years they have not been able to solve this issue.
This is the main reason why I have to move to another building.

“The building is good for staying as a tenant or an owner. Quality of construction is good and the appliances and furniture provided by Danube is high quality. Good amenities like gym, sauna, steam, swimming pool, kids play area etc.
Update: rating changed from 5 to 1. They have the worst management company taking care of the building and the condition has gone from bad to worse. Clearly Danube is not interested once project is delivered.”

“The amenities are nice, the facilities are good, and the studio is quite spacious. However, the fire alarm is extremely frustrating. It suddenly goes off late at night—around 11 PM, 12 AM, or even 1 AM. The worst was yesterday at 4 AM, and it kept ringing for about 5 minutes.
It’s very disturbing, especially when people are trying to sleep. Once you’re woken up like that, it’s very difficult to go back to sleep.
I hope the management can conduct alarm testing or drills at a more reasonable time, such as during the day when most people are at work, instead of late at night. It’s very inconvenient and disruptive for residents.”

“The alarm issue needs to be resolved at the earliest . The high decibel at which it rings for no reason almost 5 to 6 times today is so frustrating and it hurts the ear drum , imagine babies and kids having to suffer for such technical issues in the system . The residents have spoken to reception people but no resolution despite continuous complaints. The management people of building don’t answer calls . Despite paying such hefty amount for apartments people expect a peaceful stay atleast !”

“I do not recommend this property.
I lived there for 1 year, and we were not happy about it.
We had to clean the balcony on a daily basis because of the bird poop.
The fire alarm sounds off almost every day, very annoying.
The owner has charged us for repainting amounting to 350, for which we had nothing to do about.
And 2 months after we left the unit, we haven't received the deposit. 😡🤬
The parking barrier was also not working well.
The building also has rude security personnel .”

“Ive lived in this building for 2 years and here are my honest reviews:
1. Worst parking ever, extremely narrow lanes inside parking
2. Fire alarm runs 5 times a week and inside all apartments bothering every resident
3. Security desk is clueless about everything
4. Nosy neighbours who will keep bothering you
5. The ISTA services are the worst. I got 5000 aed bills for 1 bhk apartment for chiller and had to fight tooth and nail with the ISTA services
6. Building management is usually not helpful in any problems you face. They just ask you to keep running in circles.
Only benefits:
1. The 1 bhk can be converted to 2 bhk with their convertable bed
2. Furnished house so its hassle free moving in”

“The worst fire alarm which can make your ears painful 😣
1. If you have kids, please don’t choose this option because of the terrible fire alarm sound🚨
2. They have a number of cupboards fixed inside the apartment, most of them are open and useless because of the smaller in size
3. Techem is the company for the chiller service, to contact them is very difficult and their response will take long like months & still I am waiting.
4. The folding bed is not a good idea
5. Chiller was not worked for almost 30hrs for the entire building in the summer no one informed when they can resolve this issue at that time.
6. Techem has issued a high cooling bill for zero usage of AC
7. Agents are not co-operative”

“Living here is unbearable. The fire alarm goes off constantly—2 AM, 3 AM, sometimes multiple times a day. It’s so loud it could damage your hearing, and it happens so often you stop caring if it’s an actual emergency. Sleep is impossible here.
The lobby always smells terrible, thanks to a disgusting odor coming from the back parking exit. Every single morning, you’re forced to breathe in that foul stench when you leave.
The gym is another joke. Half the equipment is broken, and it’s always overcrowded. It’s impossible to get a decent workout in. This place is poorly managed, filthy, and clearly doesn’t care about the comfort or needs of its residents. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.”
