“I have been staying here for 3 years. There are many minor issues, and the quality of construction is really poor. However, the main problem is the alarm system. For example, today at 04:50 AM the alarm went off again. It feels like bullying from Danube and the management towards the tenants. If you have a baby or elderly family members (grandparents) staying with you in Starz by Danube, this can seriously affect their health and nervous system. The false alarm happens 4–5 times every month, and I cannot believe that in 3 years they have not been able to solve this issue. This is the main reason why I have to move to another building. You can check the video to understand how awful the situation is.”

“The alarm issue needs to be resolved at the earliest . The high decibel at which it rings for no reason almost 5 to 6 times today is so frustrating and it hurts the ear drum , imagine babies and kids having to suffer for such technical issues in the system . The residents have spoken to reception people but no resolution despite continuous complaints. The management people of building don’t answer calls . Despite paying such hefty amount for apartments people expect a peaceful stay atleast !”

“The amenities are nice, the facilities are good, and the studio is quite spacious. However, the fire alarm is extremely frustrating. It suddenly goes off late at night—around 11 PM, 12 AM, or even 1 AM. The worst was yesterday at 4 AM, and it kept ringing for about 5 minutes. It’s very disturbing, especially when people are trying to sleep. Once you’re woken up like that, it’s very difficult to go back to sleep. I hope the management can conduct alarm testing or drills at a more reasonable time, such as during the day when most people are at work, instead of late at night. It’s very inconvenient and disruptive for residents.”

“I do not recommend this property. I lived there for 1 year, and we were not happy about it. We had to clean the balcony on a daily basis because of the bird poop. The fire alarm sounds off almost every day, very annoying. The owner has charged us for repainting amounting to 350, for which we had nothing to do about. And 2 months after we left the unit, we haven't received the deposit. 😡🤬 The parking barrier was also not working well. The building also has rude security personnel .”
