“I purchased a bungalow in Magic Hills through Sternon since 2008. They promised delivery in 2 years time but it is now more than 12 years that they have still not completed the project. Basic amenities are still not done in the project and owners Garnet Construction are just delaying completion of the project. Their construction quality is also bad. Very UNRELIABLE group that ties up with unreliable builders for their projects.”
