From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“I am extremely disappointed with the Sunrise Legend building. The security staff is unhelpful and speaks in a rude manner. Despite repeatedly requesting a covered parking spot to protect my car from the sun for just 3 hours in the afternoon, they refused in the most unprofessional way. As a result, my car gets unbearably hot daily. I expected better service and courtesy from a building of this caliber. Thankfully, this is my last month with them, and I am leaving this building for good. I do not recommend living here.”

“Building”looks” nice and neat BUT High humidity in the corridor and in rooms . If you need an extra parking , management will charge you 500/ month in the sun and they are not cooperative at all in many cases.”

“Love the building. After months of searching for decent apartment to buy, I finally decided to buy one here cause unlike many other building u can tell the developer didn’t cut corners when making this building and they actually care about the building. Security is very kind and professional, person in charge of maintenance is very professional and fast to respond. Yes it might be a bit more expensive than other projects in Arjan but as i always say u get what u pay for.”
