“We have been living here for 4 years or more and we love it. Arman, one of the Concierge/Security is very helpful, accommodating and makes us feel very safe. The building is clean, great facilities and accessible to E311, Al Khail Road, just about 20 minutes away from key locations in Dubai. This is home for us.”

“One of the bad and poor management in arjan community specially in the office Khushboo and maintenance. Imagine they charge me 3400 plus after end of contract so they planned that they will not return your money . Not recommending at all Better to go with damac Linklon park.”

“Do you enjoy indoor swimming pools? Because this building has one Do you enjoy indoor swimming pools inside your apartment? Then you will love this building because every time it rains all the windows and, somehow, the walls, leak. Every time it rained the master bedroom in our two bed was flooded. Management do not really care, and the maintenance team consists of a few guys armed with sealant. I had documentented and photographed the fittings of the 'best priced' windows they installed showing how they weren't installed properly and they were leaking. Maintenance agreed but said the management company, specifically a man called Haroon, won't pay to fix it. But don't worry this only happened 6 times in 2 years. And if you need to complain to Haroon you will be directed to the person in his office who won't help either or answer any emails in a timely fashion but will tell you to come collect your rent deposit return on a day she isn't working. (Haroon doesn't go to the management office so it will be shut) Most concerning was that the leaks come out the wall, when I noted that water was coming out the wall (and not the outside facing wall, suggesting the building has a severe interior leak) they didn't seem to understand what I was telling them and funnily enough their sealant didn't do anything to stop it. The other benefit of the indoor pool is that it will cause mold in your apartment and after a few weeks of argument they will send someone to repaint, of course as they don't fix any of the underlying issues that caused the mold it comes back again in a week. Once you've finally had enough of trying to get the management company to manage your apartment and you move out you will eventually request the paint code for repainting the white apartment. Helpfully we were provided by the management company with the wrong paint code and then charged from our deposit for repainting. Imagine my surprise to see our old apartment on Dubizzle with the very same paint job we left it with. Could it be that they just took part of the deposit and didn't repaint? The most fun we had in the building was when it rained quite heavily and the fire alarm started going off and didn't stop at all (remember the whole building leaks). Our 6 month old baby did not enjoy it so much but at least we got to meet all our neighbours in the rain, at 2 am, while we waited for an hour and a half for civil defence to come and deactivate the fire alarm for the whole building. Because what could be worse than having the best priced fire alarm? That's right, no fire alarm at all. Other fun aspects of living in Syann Park included the neighbour screaming '**** you' at her husband repeatedly at 3am until we had to call security, the pool that's under maintenance most of the last year, the 12 light bulbs you need to change on the living room chandelier, the thoughtful neighbours and delivery people who decide whichever parking space they fancy is theirs, the fire extinguisher in your apartment that doesn't get replaced because Mr Haroon won't give them any money to buy a new one, or that somehow my DEWA bill in our villa is less than the Dewa bill in the apartment we had in Syann Park. Aside from all of this the security guards and concierge were genuinely decent guys who did their best to help. For the obvious reasons noted above though, this is apartment block is not the one for us.”
