“Living here over the past year has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The owners behave like bullies, frequently speaking to tenants as if we’re beneath them—despite the fact that we’re paying extremely high rents to live here. The overall atmosphere feels more like a dictatorship than a residential community. The building group chat, which should be used for normal communication, is instead filled with insults and threats. Something as minor as parking slightly incorrectly can result in public shaming. Even the smallest issues are blown out of proportion, with little to no respect or basic decency shown. There is absolutely no sense of community. It feels like a collection of unfriendly, tense individuals rather than a place anyone would want to call home. The facilities are also poorly maintained. Despite living three floors below the gym, we constantly hear dumbbells being slammed on the floor. The sauna is almost always out of service, and the steam room consistently smells of mold—completely unacceptable. The apartments themselves reflect the same lack of quality. The interiors are poorly finished, and there are no proper kitchen extractors (see photo), meaning cooking quickly fills the apartment with smoke. To make matters worse, neighbors complain about normal cooking smells and may even harass you over it. Overall, this is an unpleasant, overpriced, and hostile place to live. It does not live up to the image it promotes and is simply not worth the stress.”
