Guards are very ineffective and have no control over handling situations. They try to create more problems than ease for residents. Building might seem good when u enter but that’s not the reality.”

“Avoid this building if you value peace and basic management. The podium level is constantly full of screaming kids who litter and create chaos, and the security team does absolutely nothing about it. Multiple complaints and official emails have been sent, yet the situation never improves. The noise is so bad that I cannot open my windows or even take work meetings from home. There is clearly no control or enforcement of basic rules in this building. Management ignores the issue, security is ineffective, and some parents simply let their children run wild. Living here feels less like a residential building and more like an unmanaged playground. Very disappointing experience.”

“This is one of the worst buildings to rent or buy an apartment in. The security team does not properly manage the situation on the podium level, where large groups of children constantly shout, run, and litter the common areas. Despite many complaints from residents, nothing has changed. The management and security seem to have very little control over the situation. Children regularly throw trash from higher floors and create excessive noise that makes it difficult to live or work peacefully. I often cannot open my windows or even conduct work meetings from home because of the constant noise. I have sent several official emails raising these concerns, yet there has been no meaningful action or improvement. Unfortunately, the environment feels chaotic and poorly managed, and the lack of accountability from both management and some parents makes the situation even worse. If you are looking for a quiet, well-managed place to live, this building may not be the right choice.”
