“One of the most beautiful areas in Dubai right now. The place is upscale and quiet, suitable for walking and relaxation, especially at sunset when the view of Dubai Creek and Burj Khalifa is stunning. There is a beautiful promenade, diverse cafes and restaurants, and comfortable seating areas for families and friends. The area is very clean and well-organized, with nearby parking available. I highly recommend visiting it for leisure, photography, or spending a nice time away from the crowds.”

“I’ve been living here for 1 year. It’s a great building in a beautiful complex of 3 buildings that includes a fantastic outdoor swimming pool and a gym. The receptionists are very friendly, the building is clean although one of the oldest in the neighborhood. It has some of the largest layouts in the area and a great view of the creek with downtown and the Burj Khalifa in the distance. The downside: increasing rental prices !”
