“Nice facilities, very good location and spectacular view on the Creek harbour. The biggest downside is the boats playing music so loud that you can’t escape it with all windows closed even while living above 40th floor. From 6 pm to 11 pm or later you have to wear headphones at home all the time. P.S. if you value quiet life, NEVER take waterfront.”

“Booked an Airbnb here for 1 month. Could not last 24 hours and left the next day. The elevators stopped working bc of flooding on the 9th floor so I was forced to walk 54 floors with my 2 kids as it took hours to fix. The ac smell is real and it’s HORRIBLE it’s like you’re inhaling chemicals. I don’t recommend whatsoever.”

“Be careful with floods , sometimes elevators and stairs on floors lover than 32 are facing floods due to pipe bursts But view and building design is so beautiful. I love Emaar so much”

“Do not blindly trust the overly positive reviews about The Grand at Dubai Creek Harbour. Most of them are written by real estate agents trying to rent or sell units on site. I have been living in this tower for over three years, and I can confidently say that the reality is very, very far from what is advertised. • At times, a nauseating smell comes from the air conditioning system, with absolutely no way to fix it. When it happens, it can last for weeks, turning daily life into a nightmare. • Fire alarms go off extremely often, both day and night. It is unbearable and severely affects quality of life. • Residents constantly slam their doors when entering or leaving. With 10 units per floor, you can imagine the noise level. • The building is dog-friendly, which means you hear dogs every single day. Not to mention the unpleasant surprises near the elevators when some owners fail to clean up properly. • People throw all kinds of trash from their balconies, which most of the time ends up on yours: cigarette butts, nail clippings, tissues, and more. • Parking entry and exit are frequently chaotic, with cars parked everywhere despite clear prohibitions. • Pool loungers are insufficient and in very poor condition, far from what you would expect from a premium building. • The gym is very basic and overcrowded, shared between residents and numerous personal trainers. Completing a workout without losing your temper is a daily challenge. Now you can’t say you weren’t warned.”

“I was sorry for the delivery guys police gave them fines 500 each but the buildings can't give them parking inside parking these deliveries are for us you're customer staying in area but these deliveries job they pass though a lot this goes to all management in Dubai creek not only THE GRAND”
