What one reviewer said

“SOHO construction making it unliveable here. DDA don’t enforce the rules against the construction site. So expect about 5 hours sleep and never any peace and quite. Most disrespectful behaviour ever. Luxury living = unhealthy, stressful and no sleep. DDA received countless reports and proof for illegal work hours, yet does nothing at all.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“My experience with Iman Developers has been very positive. The apartment had some minor defects at handover, which is normal in new builds, but they handled everything professionally and fixed all issues properly and within a reasonable time. They are known for good communication, transparency, and reliability in their projects. Overall, I’m satisfied and would buy from them again.”

“Another disappointment… I am waiting for weeks now that my correct handover date needs to be confirmed to Deyaar so they can send me the correct invoice for service charges. I am receiving legal letters from Deyaar community management because Iman is unable to confirm the correct date.”
