“This residential tower is in one of Dubai's most prime location, the Marina. The pent on the 19th floor gives a spectacular view of the Marina on one side and the Sheikh Zayed Road on the other. The maintenance is bit of a letdown. The main entrance door to the building was faulty and hence there was humidity in the reception area. Apparently the association takes care of the maintenance and I can imagine, when most of the investors are probably out of the country.”
