“Aside from the fire alarm going off at random hours, even in the middle of the night, the building has very poor soundproofing. You can clearly hear neighbors, even during their private moments. Additionally, even after regular cleaning, the building’s AC system has a strange odor, which many residents have already started to complain about. I would recommend finding a different place to stay in the area, as there are much better buildings nearby.”

“Chiller company. The AC is not working properly, but my bills have continued to increase. I also noticed that maintenance was carried out without any prior notice. I have contacted your team several times to request a review of my bills, but I have not received any response.”

“Maintenance team is completely useless I think they dont have experience to deal with AC .. the AC is not cooling still they are telling its fine its due high temperature Whats the purpose of AC if room temperature can not drop below 23 C”

“I have lived here for 15months with the most uncooperative watchmen. They fuss over absolutely anything. The plumbing is poor quality. The fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night or any other time. Shaheen is a bad management company. Staff isnt even trained, they just want money. The pool cant support a 4 year old and parents have to accompany 14 year old kids for swimming. No sense!”

“Lived here and moved recently omg the cockroaches in this building I have done pest control multiple times but it's just impossible to get rid off them while seeing the pest control everywhere in the building idk how that works it's been noisy also the sizes are quite small .”

“I live here. Will move out as soon as I can. I do not recommend buying or renting in this building. This review is based on my experience and is my opinion. See other reviews for reasons. The fire alarms are going off all the time because of no chimney built to the cooker hob ventilator. Management refused fixing the problem. Sub par floor tile grouting causing water leaking into walls and damage. Random vehicles parking in owners spots. Security not removing them. One AC controller/thermostat for 2 rooms. Constant construction on both side is extremely noisy. Building is cleaned regularly which is good.”

“Has residents who can afford Marlboro Gold, but not an ashtray. Residents who come from filthy places behave as if they are still there - throwing lit cigarettes from their balconies on others’.”
