“Torino 24, Arjan is a exceptional place to live with thoughtfully designed residences and top tier amenities that truly elevate the lifestyle. The community vibe, facilities, and overall planning reflect strong attention to detail by the developer. The only downside is the lack of dedicated visitor parking, which is a inconvenient. I had question with building management they did not have a phone number or a email where I can check I was asked to come back the next day 🥺 Overall, a fantastic place to live with just couple of practical aspect that could make it perfect.”

“Great place to live. Honestly the amenities are the best. The greenery brings a lot of peace , the gym, badminton, paddle, pool, cinema and sanctuary are wordless. We can feel that Oro24 put a lot of effort to provide a comfortable life inside the residence. In top of that they used a very high quality material inside the apartments. Yes they’ve got delay during the construction but once you are living inside it’s amazing.”

“Amazing place and I’m very happy to live here. 1) Staff and management team always happy to help with any issue 2) Great amenities. Swimming pool, paddle, BBQ place - another level 3) Quality of materials 4) Gym is another level. Techno gym machines, sauna, BMI machine. This level of equipment is rare and you will find only in premium fitness gyms. Yes the soundproofing is not the best, but I still want to give this place 5 star 👍”

“I’ve been reading through some of the reviews, and I have to say they’re not all that positive. As a full disclosure, I am also an owner in this apartment complex. It hasn’t been the easiest purchase process, and I think it’s important to acknowledge that. moving forward, they need to be a little bit more flexible and start to understand owners needs and requirements Team that they Hire need to put the owners first and the residence , However, we also need to take into consideration that this was their first development And with anything there is always a few bumps in the road. I’ve just recently completed a full inspection of the complex, and I have to say the service and what has ultimately been delivered are first class. What they’ve created is second to none. For a first-time development, they have delivered world-class amenities that truly stand out from other developments in the area. This is my first visit in the last nine months, and I have to say the compound has come on dramatically. The progress, improvements, and overall finish are impressive. While the journey may not have been perfect, the end result speaks for itself. Overall, I’m very pleased with how far this development has come and excited to see what’s next.”
