“Seems like good building, only small issues, about cleaning, I think is not good feel on first sight when you see cockroaches running near you! I understand each apartment should take care of that but building managment maybe must be more involved! Ps it is only my humble opinion!”

“This is the worst place in my life this building lot of cockroaches and lot and bad things is they putting in 1 bed room 6 family and some apartment also bachelors and family staying too bad management”

“Please check keep your security strong. Bcz everybody doing bed space on this building. I thing room no 104 Also have bed spaces. If you keep your quality like this it will comes like labor camp. Please consider about this issue”

“Rented a studio apartment at this building for a year. Pros Close to Bus stop Comparatively less price in DIP-1 Less Crowded Near to Supermarket (Choithrams) Good Maintenance service Good Apartments and Building Cons Its mostly the partition and not the walls, hence get higher Emicool Bill. Getting Security Deposit refund is nightmare.”
