“Great building from the outside but poorly managed ! The swimming pool has NO temperature controlled whereby it’s cold in winter and hot in summer which makes is useless . The sauna is always broke , the shower water in the apartments is super hot in the summer as there is no temperature control as well In the shower . Vincitore they did a building just to watch not to live in . They never give tenants their security deposit back !”

“Elegant and shiny from the outside, chaotic and super noisy from the inside! Lived here a full year and the conclusion is that if you have a young family with small kids planning for a weekend in a resort style building with pool view from most of the units and a large swimmable lake in the middle, then this is a perfect destination for you! But if you are anything else or planning to stay for more than a couple of weeks then this could be a nightmare without any exaggeration! The design of the building makes every kid screaming in the pool heard by everyone inside the building, especially they made another terrible mistake of a one layered glass - unlike 90% of the buildings in Arjan - which gives you zero immunity against noise if you want to sleep or rest! And this circus can remain the full day in the weekends and vacations, and at least half of the day in working day! So if you are planning to work from home you better go and work in a nearby coffee shop! Also kids are using the corridors and common areas as playgrounds making the situation even more difficult! Add to this large families coming from Airbnb lease during weekends, and guests coming to friends in the “resort” , and you have a complete chaos of living meters away from a “public” pool! One last thing: management is weak and very reluctant to respond to complaints let alone taking any tangible actions!”

“The location is good, the area is also good. The house is well maintained. For this 5+ But the big minus is that there is no privacy for residents! There are always crowds of realtors and people who are shown the building. You're lying by the pool or working out in the gym, and you're being watched by a crowd of people who came on a field trip! And so it is every day!”

“Living here is very nice. However, I wish to share a few concerns that need to be addressed. Although I fully appreciate that this is still a new building and work needs to still often be completed, it would be nice if workmen often respected times of day and levels of noise for families and residents(in some cases the constant drilling is unbearable when its lasts for 12 hours in a day). Sun beds is still and issue, especially as the building gets more residents. Maintenance however, has been promptly dealt with in a timely manner. So, in light of this, some aspects are good, but management needs to address the other issues in a better way.”

“We were visiting family in Dubai who live in this complex. It is a wonderful place, very well kept and is so clean and tidy with very friendly staff always out and about sweeping and tending to the gardens. There is a swimming pool with life guard and a small bridge that leads to the gym in the middle of the pool. There is also a sauna, jacuzzi, wellness room and games room also around the pool. It has a parking garage with allocated spots. It is nearby to Miracle Gardens and Butterfly world.we had a fantastic time and hopefully will travel there again soon.”
