“I’m living here for the past 4 years, the security are very understanding and nice However, the construction noise is unbearable and unacceptable! Day to Night and the balconies don’t have any noise cancellation- in fact the outside noise feels like it’s inside the house. I have requested for noise cancellation but management did not response Also, there is no annual maintenance even for the apartment”

“I've lived here since 2020. Initially, the management was good, as was communication with the owner. When I moved in, the house was in acceptable condition, although the paint and cleanliness weren't great, and all the electrical appliances were out of warranty. Over the years, the cleanliness has deteriorated, with problems with the garbage room and an infestation of ants and flies. Some of The security guards are unhelpful and rude, and the management doesn't resolve issues. Maintenance is paid for by tenant or owner, and there are problems with the air conditioning and water heater. Cleaning of common areas is only done twice a week. There's noise and dust 24/7 due to the construction work next door. The noise only stops on Sundays, and the balcony is completely unusable. Reaching the owner is difficult, and you have to argue about everything.”

“I lived in a 2-bedroom apartment at Vincitore Palacio for six years, and my experience has been truly exceptional. When I was choosing an apartment back in 2018, I focused on several key factors - and this building offered exactly what I was looking for. First of all, the spacious layout and generous room sizes were a major advantage. The apartment has a very comfortable floor plan with plenty of space and no cramped areas. The high ceilings add a sense of openness and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I also specifically preferred a low-rise building, as I find such developments more cozy and homely - Vincitore Palacio fully lived up to these expectations. The overall feel of the complex is excellent. It’s a quiet, calm area - perfect for a couple or a small family. The swimming pool is outstanding, truly one of the best in the neighborhood, and we enjoyed it regularly. A year ago, we moved to a villa, and now I am selling the apartment. I can genuinely recommend Vincitore Palacio to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful place to live. I also want to highlight the exceptional work of the management company - they respond quickly, maintain a high standard of service, and truly care about residents’ comfort. In my opinion, this is the best developer in the area and one of the most reliable I’ve ever dealt with. Vincitore Palacio is an excellent choice, especially for a couple or a small family. I can recommend it wholeheartedly.”

“Forget about sleeping after 6:00am. Loud construction noise all day. Neither Municipality or DLD do nothing.‼️ To anyone thinking about moving to this building, please make sure to not face the humongous construction’s happening at the back of it and around. If I knew the nightmare I was gonna face with the noise 24/7 Monday to Sunday; when I moved to this place, I would’ve never in my right mind agreed. I would’ve ran for my life. I think there’s no words to describe the anxiety that is triggered by the noise starting at 6:00am and once or twice/week going all night. Not been able to sleep after 6:00am. From hammering, to welding to loud material blasts, 100’s of workers shouting and screaming all day.. not even the isolated glass of the windows can stop this extremely perturbing noise levels all day until 8:00pm. Forget about spending a tranquil day off or a nice Sunday breakfast or movie: the nightmare only gets worse and not even bearable with earplugs. Im sick and tired and I cant even leave because I signed a yearly contract with the landlord and If I do I have to pay two months fine. Please if you read this until the end; do not even think twice about renting out an apartment at this place, there are thousands of places with a normal environment in Dubai, where you can just exist and wake up late on your day off without having to wear 3 pairs of earplugs and still be awaken by the perturbing noises.”
