“Fine place. Bad quality of construction. Cooling never works as intended. Quite easy to find everything nearby. Managment started to go crazy not allowing you to do any type of modification to your home, controlling how your balcony should looks. Sometimes you will have to ask for the ammenities to be cleaned again. Two starts only because I dont like how they keep the door entrance and the balcony as if were theirs”

“I am editing the review as per my last experience When i left the apartment on may month I finished all my process of move out took NOC from My ISTA and they transferred the security deposit to Elite Property Management on 19th June on 24th June i already finished my move out procedures as well. They told the payment will be transferred in 1 week max can go to the first days of 2nd week This is mid of 3rd week the payment is not being transferred to customer. Danube team should look into this”

“There is no proper security and safety in this society. Reception is there already but they don't bother anyone . Anyone and come at any flour and go. It's total unsafe. There is no provision to ask id or where to visit the visitor. It's total unsafe building . Wavez by Danube ,Liwan, Dubai”

“The Security had a bad attitude. Not accepting letters for their tenanats. Not cooeprating. Not approachable. Nomina and Aegeril, shouting with me is not acceptable. Worst security!”
