“The building is in a great location, clean, well maintained, and small enough to feel personal, almost like home. After living in different countries and dealing with many management companies, I can honestly say the Classic Asset team is very good. Mr. Sudhakar is efficient and always available. The facilities are great too: the gym is well sized for the building, the parking is well maintained, and the spaces are nice and wide.”

“I’ve been living in Welcome Residency for a while now, and overall my experience has been positive. The maintenance team is very helpful and attentive to maintenance of the building. Also Sudhaker, manager, is very good. Always available, very supportive, and genuinely helpful whenever something comes up. The staff and security are also friendly and make the building feel welcoming. There are a couple of things that could be improved: • Noise from car honking at the entrance. Residents and delivery drivers often honk to get in, and this can be especially disturbing late at night. • Sensitive fire alarms, which tend to go off easily, as also mentioned by other residents. Aside from these points, the building is clean, the people are kind, and the management is attentive. With a few adjustments, it would easily be a five-star experience.”

“I have been a resident at Welcome Residency for around 1 month, having signed an Ejari for 1 year stay. STAFF: 5/5 The staff is extremely polite and helpful, from the building maintenance staff to the cleaners and receptionists. LOCATION: 3/5 The location is fine. Parking in the building is limited for friends / family visiting and are asked to park on the desert patch nearby. Arjan is building a community but still is sparse in places. Not awful, not the best. QUALITY: 5/5 We live in a 2 bedroom apartment and it is huge and everything in the apartment feels very premium. From touch lights to nice flooring, huge ceiling to floor windows, excellent finishing etc. The amenities are also great, a very nice pool, seating area and gym are all very solid for an apartment. MAINTENANCE: 3/5 Taking into consideration that this is a new building and there are ordinary teething issues, I have been disappointed with the array of random issues that a new building should not be suffering from: i) Bedroom AC seems purpose built to be too weak and unable to cool properly - maintenance / contractors state that it is due to Dubai Municipality regulations that the AC level must be kept at 20. Although this regulation exists, it does not explain why the room does not feel cool at all, and not even close to feeling like 20 degrees. ii) Torrential rain led to significant leaks from the balcony. Although maintenance came promptly, it is disappointing that a new building suffers from this. iii) We were told that the showers can only provide enough hot water for around 15 minutes of shower time until the water needs to heat up again. I have never heard of any modern system that can only provide temporary hot water until it needs to heat up again. Informed the maintenance and are waiting for this to be rectified. A good building with some very nice features let down by really significant design faults relating to hot water and AC cooling, both of which are pivotal to a good living experience.”
