“I’ve had a very positive experience with the building overall. It’s well-maintained, clean, and professionally managed. The quality of finishing reflects a reliable developer, and the common areas are always kept in great condition. Overall, it just feels like a well-managed and comfortable place to live”

“Hi good day dear management I come here for pickup but the security behavior is really bad with us he not allowed to wait for pickup 5 to 10 minutes... Kindly please write here for pickup wait how many minutes we can wait”

“Just moved in this nice building. Really impressed with quality, service, people and staff. You wouldn’t feel like you’re in Dubai. It’s a low rise overlooking a big park. Lots of people walking their dogs. And two cool food trucks opposite to the building. I love the location so much”

“Wilton Park Residences – Looks Over Comfort If you’re someone who enjoys spending time on your balcony, this place might not be for you. The building has strict aesthetic rules that prioritize appearance over livability. Retractable shades? Not allowed. So unless you enjoy baking in the midday sun, forget about relaxing outside. Want to add some greenery? They’ll die in a day without shade. And if your unit faces another block, expect zero privacy—your neighbors can see right through. It’s a beautiful building, no doubt, but the lifestyle restrictions make it feel more like a showroom than a home.”

“To @EllingtonProperties, I’ve stayed silent long enough, but my frustration and heartbreak have reached a point where I can’t anymore. For months, a Porsche 911S was parked in the handicapped spot in my building — a car clearly not driven by someone of determination. I complained to security over ten times and sent three emails before anyone did anything. In the meantime, my 63-year-old mother who suffers from a spinal cord injury, cannot walk, and is battling cancer struggled daily just to access her home. And still, the building has no automatic doors for people of determination, nor anyone stationed in the lobby to help open them. How is a person in her condition supposed to get inside? I’m angry, and deeply disappointed. This isn’t just about convenience — it’s about basic human dignity. How can a luxury development ignore such a fundamental responsibility to accessibility and empathy? Please, do better.”
