From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“To the competent department of the Zubaida building, please note that the people responsible for customer service do not know anything in how to deal and respond to customer inquiries. I hope to have a response about one of the units from someone else other than the Indian person who can’t speak English that answers me every time I call”

“Disappointed with my stay at Zubaida Residency. Despite the building's modern appearance, the management was unresponsive to maintenance issues, and cleanliness was lacking. The advertised amenities were either unavailable or poorly maintained. Overall, not worth the cost.”
