“I feel extremely sad while writing this, becoz its not a review for mart but staff working over there- behaviour of few Indians irrespective of living & working outside of the country in Dubai, will remain a nonsensical disgrace to fellow Indians visiting as a tourist. There was this man, 100% a South Indian guy, to whom I had requested for 2 min access to Wi-Fi, only so that I could check route map back to my hotel. This was 11 pm at night, I was with my mother, we had come back from a dinner cruise at Marina, like 2 females without internet, struggling to find way back to hotel as there was no internet to use Google maps, and mind it the weather was extremely cold. Hotel was 30 kms away. All he had to do was grant me 2 mins of access to Wi-Fi internet to check my way. And this man, very casually and rather rudely, turn down my request. I mean, what the heck! Anyway we sorted everything and reached safe, but such experiences give us this impression that our neighbors from South Asian countries are far more caring & loving than most of these Indians who I sadly share my nationality with. So if that guy who behaved that way is reading this, man I feel sorry for you! You are a disgrace”

“THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE!!!!! THERE'S A LOT OF TIME TO ARGUE THAN TO SEND THE DELIVERY FAST!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! We understand that it's Friday and too much delivery but don't tell back to your customer that we will not deliver what we order! if you don't want to receive orders over the phone from the customer CLOSE YOUR DELIVERY!!!!!!! THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD WORK ON THIS KIND OF SERVICE!! !!!! VERY POOR SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL!! ATTITUDE PROBLEM!!!!”
